Just found out the new office I’ll be working in is right on Pearl Street, a scant 2 blocks from my house. Couldn’t ask for a better or cooler location.
I heart boulder.

My good buddy Paul is selling a few pieces of his kick ass artwork. Check it out and buy some, he’s worth the price!

Wow. While channel surfing and recovering from last night’s party, I came across Fox News and their “conservative” version of the Daily Show: The 1/2 Hour News Hour. How this show was actually able to air I do not know. Politics aside, the production values were just terrible and the laughs non existent. I have a completely new appreciation for the Daily Show after seeing this. Whether you lean to the left or not, the Daily Show is funny. Few of the jokes make fun of conservatism, they usually just point out the absurdness and stupidity of people’s actions.

Don’t know if it was the lunar eclipse yesterday or what, but what a wild fun evening! Conscious Bookkeeping Seminar all day, then dinner at the Walnut Brewery with Duff & Toby. Short trip home and half an episode of Scrubs before heading back out to meet the fabulous Miss Sara Schooley at Mountain Sun, whom was in town with her boyfriend on a nice vacation.
Off to Pearl Street Pub after that to meet up with some local buds, and things just got stranger! Long story short, I got puked on for the third weekend in a row! Not sure what the universe is telling me!
2 weeks ago while shooting Stuart Davis’ pilot TV show I had the fantastic opportunity to watch Aja Davis, barely 4 months old, for a good hour during a crucial scene shoot. We had a lovely time together, which did however, involve her spitting up on my shirt a few times.
Then last week, while out celebrating a friends birthday, a certain someone got a little too drunk, puked in the bar we were at just as we were closing. After this someone seemed all better and we were back at the place we were crashing at in Denver, we passed out in one of the extra rooms. Not 20 minutes later, more puke in the bed which managed to quickly soak through the sheets and land on my side.
Then last night, met a lovely little graduate from Santa Barbara whom I definitely had some chemistry with. She had a few too many Long Island Iced teas, and whammo, got a bit ill and spit up all over my arm. Unfortunately I think she’ll be too embarrassed to ever call me back.
3 Pukes! Might bring a change of clothes to the party I’m going to next week in case the trend continues….
Also Brett Dennen ROCKED Trilogy Friday night.
