Day 1

Flyin’ solo this morning, and so I opted to focus on triceps first then chest, as its a bit hard to really push the chest workout without a spotter. Had a great couple ‘o rounds of dips, and definitely felt worn by the time I moved onto the chest.
This training session is going to be 7 weeks, no set metrics like the last. I just gotta get back into the routine and start feeling strong again.
