Flyin’ solo this morning, and so I opted to focus on triceps first then chest, as its a bit hard to really push the chest workout without a spotter. Had a great couple ‘o rounds of dips, and definitely felt worn by the time I moved onto the chest.
This training session is going to be 7 weeks, no set metrics like the last. I just gotta get back into the routine and start feeling strong again.

As tonight is Brett Dennen, this weekend is memorial day, and next week I’m going on a vision quest, my ‘training’ isn’t going to begin until June 2nd. Intervals will be back, strength training will continue, and summer goodness will be had.

Monday I’m going to start a new training challenge. This one will be 7 weeks/49 days, and again be mostly centered around strength training but will also have some additional components.
I’m considering sobriety for the entire challenge, which will roughly end when some friends visit for the 4th of July weekend, and seemed to work well for me last time.
